For sure, license plate is the easiest way to spot a Mav from behind. I've been almost fooled a number of times until I looked for the plate. Oncoming, the headlamps are unique enough to help it to stand out.

I've seen them in the low 40's for XLT and Lariat. Not many to choose from though. With the new (to North America) models coming next year, any 22 Rangers should see a nice discount. That said, times are all sorts of fucked up now so who really knows? I do love the look of the next gen Rangers...

I've had but one...a really nice young lady who was working at the entrance to the Kartchner Caverns near Tuscon. She was knowledgeable enough to ask if it was a hybrid then asked about mpg's. I was very impressed!

Supposedly to help tie things down on top of the tonneau, but in real world usage it's 95% there for the cartel gunmen to hang onto while chasing down someone.
