While you're at it you can add that every new vehicle is overpriced. The Maverick, whichever model you choose is a bargain. My Lariat has all the bells and whistles that I'll ever require and I'm lovin it.
Just a note on hard cover versus soft bed covers. I had a Ford installed soft cover on my 2011 Ranger and now I have the hard roll-up on my Maverick. Living up here where winters are cold and snowy, and sometimes covered in freezing rain, the soft top was always self-cleaning—I never had to...
I just got home from a 29 mile trip with my 24 Lariat hybrid driving city and highway miles between 30 and 50 mph with a hard top bed cover and ended up with 56mpg in ECO setting. I'm delighted.
Just go online and search Maverick tailgate seal kit. There are videos showing how to install. It's pretty easy. It's not 100%, but it is a large improvement.
Unfortunately, all manufacturers have gone the computer route, and we are having to live with these kinds of problems. There are some decent after-market back up cameras available now that can certainly help that situation, but yea I get it,
Some folks would rather Whine about crap rather than take it to their dealer for an oil change and a software update, which costs them nothing. I don't get it. Then go on and trash the manufacturer for WHAT. Go buy a computer, leave it outside in all kinds of weather in your driveway and see...
If you are expecting any good news about big three products from Consumer Reports, it's probably a misprint. I know of no one getting 23 mpg on any Maverick unless they've installed a big block V8.
What's not to like with the hybrid. Sounds like the biggest issue has been the battery in the cold climate and when that issue is addressed, they are basically trouble free. I've had mine for 13 months with zero issues. Yes the cold weather has taken its toll with the mileage, but still a lot...
Same here. I ordered my 24 Lariat hybrid July of 23 from my dealer, and he told me 6 months to a year for delivery. I ordered the bed cover, mud guards with it and the spray in bed liner was included with the Lariat. I put $500 down and on February 3 2024 it arrived. I had no information from...
There are cases where a truckload of vehicles are taken to a depot where they are offloaded, and rather than reloading them on another truck for delivery to regional dealerships, the dealerships will send someone to go pick them up, and drive them to the dealer. There haven't been very many...
Yes---I don’t get it, why the infotainment defaults to the FM radio whenever I shut the truck down. Mine has done that since I got it last February. Occasionally it stays on my music, but for the most part it defaults.
