While reading about the Maverick on other sites, there have been issues with installing struts, that it may cause miss-alignment of the hood. There were ways to solve the issues, but I never paid much attention to it, because I had no desire to install them. I would search installing hood...

Now that you mention this, I stand corrected. Lane centering only occurs on my Lariat when cruise is on. Otherwise lane keeping does kind of bounce you away from the lines, and vibrate the steering wheel when you touch the lines.

It would help to cut down on car theft.

It would be great to have the option of a manual transmission. Stick it in neutral and go. Just as long as you don't loose the rear seal on the tranny while your towing. My brother-in-laws Miata suffered that fate.

I've been happy with the factory spray in, but I am familiar with Line-x on my old Ranger. It was very good, and the color match is a bonus.
