Why do you dreamers think autos built in the US will be cheaper to build. First of all the large difference in wages, and then the benefits, and then all the multi- million dollar plants that will have to be built. It's not going to happen. This is why they moved there in the first place.

Now that you mention this, I stand corrected. Lane centering only occurs on my Lariat when cruise is on. Otherwise lane keeping does kind of bounce you away from the lines, and vibrate the steering wheel when you touch the lines.
It would be great to have the option of a manual transmission. Stick it in neutral and go. Just as long as you don't loose the rear seal on the tranny while your towing. My brother-in-laws Miata suffered that fate.
