I tried many times to preorder it or get on a waiting list and none of it worked, finally was able to place an order today for end of march delivery. Does anyone know for sure if it shuts off after the truck turns off or will it try and connect to my phone if left plugged in in the truck?
I'm between 20 and 22 for the most part. Best I've seen is going up 27 to the Loaf and back 150mi of 55-60mph cruise and there I get 30 every time. I've started taking the Fiesta for long trips again as 40mpg beats 20 every time.
Maybe an issue with app permission settings. It is weird that only some of it won't show. I actually checked mine when I read your last post and to see "trips" I had to enable background app location data which I'm trying out bc I'm curious.
Similar issues, I keep it 67-70 and the internal temps are in the mid 80s. I have noticed the colder it gets the closer to reality it gets, though that may just be excess heat bleeding off. In 30F temps 70 is unbearably hot. At 0 it's OK.
I'll have to eyeball that as with the cap on I don't see it as readily.
For the tailgate dampener one important thing to note is the bottle opener has to be moved to the passenger side for it to clear properly and if you have the factory spray in liner you will now have a gap where that used to...
Hope they fix it, the shipping damaged the front drivers mat as well and trheir logo peeled halfway off and won't stick now, they're sending another batch but there's no way they are sticking till the tray is cleaned thoroughly in the spring as it's covered in salt and dirt.
The shock was for the tailgate itself, the stickers were the lettering inserts for the stamping on the tailgate. They added less than $200 to that price.
I do wish that some had made their way into circulation before I got mine but I still am glad to have any cap as getting snow and ice in the bed drives me absolutely nuts. It was hard to swallow the "dealer add on $4347.28" on the invoice for the cap, tailgate stickers and gas shock.
It's on the passenger side. It's just slightly above 0 right now so I'm not going out for a picture but it's not hard to live with. The WT sticker on the drivers front liner was peeling off too when I got them.
The quality is nice but I wish the glass opened a bit further, which it looks like it could but stock it opens about to face height, which isn't ideal if you want to get into the bed.
I get that notification sometimes within minutes of shutting the truck off if it's cold out. Key remote start works fine however. Today I noticed the auto stop-start never activated at all but it was a high of +2 today.
Having bought the SnugTop for WAY more than it's worth and seen how terrible visibility is out of it I have to say I hope the AREs come out at a reasonable price and work well.
