  1. Any news on allocations?

I ordered from the number one volume dealer in the world. I fully expect a 9 to 12 month wait.
  2. After ordering a 2023 Maverick, when should I apply for a loan?

Screw that - just take the truck on a test drive and keep it.
  3. Remaining Unscheduled MY2023 Maverick Orders = 77,800. List of Current Constraints

I bet you sleep so good at night knowing you've outsmarted the 8% of Maverick buyers who opted for BAP.
  4. All of this Maverick Customer-Must-DO procedure is a bunch of BS. [CLOSED & BANS DUE TO POLITICS]

This is satire, right? Because it's hilarious. Nobody is forcing you to buy a Maverick. Ford didn't promise you a Maverick. You simply ordered one. I didn't win the $2 billion lotto, maybe I'll sue them for the stress they caused.
  5. Anyone like the dial shifter?

I used to think it was awkward then I got used to it after 2 days, it's all good now.
  6. Airbag recall parts now available for unsold Mavericks units with a sales contract

uNsAfE. We've survived over a century without side curtain airbags, I think we'll be okay.
  7. Toyota to include only one smart key for japanese market. Ford's not the only one trying to figure this out...

The only reason automakers are doing this is to fatten up their bottom line. Change my mind.
  8. How many of you are moving on after getting cancelled?

Sheesh. That's a good looking vehicle. Congratulations!
  9. Can bolts be replaced doors and dash?

I'm surprised Ford hasn't already eliminated them as a cost save.
  10. Help! My Maverick has been stuck in the shop for 8 months.

Between things like this, the recalls, and the myriad defects, I am really reconsidering this as my next vehicle.
  11. Remaining Unscheduled MY2023 Maverick Orders = 77,800. List of Current Constraints

All things considered Ford probably has much higher priority supply chain issues to work on. Getting another hitch supplier lined up and approved for production use would take 6 months, MINIMUM, assuming every part of the process went smoothly.
  12. Three Ford Senior Execs Leaving

Spot on. Ford is just as inefficient and bureaucratic as the federal government. It will be their downfall.
  13. Month delay - due to chip shortage maybe?

The entire supply base is struggling to meet demand, not just chips.
  14. Rear doors hold water.

I'm surprised dealerships aren't selling a "door drain maintenance" service for $149.99 every 6 months.
  15. Oil Catch Can Voids Warranty Says My Dealer

There is no such thing as "voiding a warranty". There is such thing as denying a warranty claim due to aftermarket parts, abuse, lack of maintenance, etc. Putting a catch can on the engine has f all to do with them warrantying a power window motor.
