I saw 3 Mavericks on the way home today in South Western Ontario CAN. Usually don't see any. 2 were gas & 1 hybrid. Mine showed up at dealer on Friday and I pick up in a few days. So guessing a bunch of Mavericks delivered to area in the last week. Just a guess. Anyone else noticed?

I'm happy my Oct was built and shipped but sad for the earlier orders with no production date. I still don't understand why Fords system is like this. First in first out works for more then just assembling the car. Should be same for customer orders.

My guess is they would want to make it on the Rav platform. Corolla cross not very big and they hybrid version not as good as Rav. Your better off going up to a Rav. Just my opinion.

My guess is there will be an awd hybrid maverick before toyota releases a competitor. The toyota will be nice but definitely more in line with Santa Cruz pricing. Toyota will release as awd. I'm also willing to bet the Maverick will be plug in hybrid by that time and maybe even an ev option...

Salt on the roads is brutal. I plan on oil guarding my Maverick from day 2. I also have a pressure washer attachment on wheels that sprays up so I can clean the salt off the bottom of my car in the spring.

I think there selling everything they can build. May saw more supply issues then April and auto plants are throttling production. Once full production opens up with overtime then will really understand numbers. New Ranger is on its way and some consumers will wait for it.
