    Ordered Oct 25 my xlt lux came with spray in bed liner. I really like it. Was disappointed they switched Lux to drop in. Something about spray in thats sweet.

    OP nails it. . . I'm 2 weeks in and the Hybrid Maverick is awsome. It truly is the best Maverick version. Unless you need to tow and AWD. The fuel economy is great and ride is smooth.

    That cap / spoiler helps with arrow dynamics of truck. Lots of wind tunnel testing by Ford. Just replace with same part don't bedliner it.

    Most people on this site ordered a Maverick site unseen. I ordered a hybrid with only being able to sit in one of the first turbo Mavericks at my dealer. Never test drove. . .Also remember that Ford stopped taking hybrid orders mid Nov and Turbo in Jan? I bet Ford would have sold out 2022...

  9. Is this why hybrids aren't being made? Traction battery shortages?

    We are running into the reality of trying to make every car EV. Can it happen sure. But we are no where ready on the battery supply side. Be glad you got you hybrid maverick or qre in line for one. My guess is they sell out 2023 model even faster then 2022.

    I do have a negative feeling about Ranchero. LoL. . . . F100 would have felt appropriate to me too. But I'm happy with Maverick. Looks cool on the tail gate.

    Its the perfect size and configuration. I always thought the ridgeline was perfect but nope. Its too big. Ford hit a home run. Just praying its reliable.

    Mine too does this clickity clack. Interesting stuff. Also a winning / beebing noise at low speed. Like an alarm is going off.

    I was going to do XL then get spray in bed liner and hitch. Going up to XLT then adding lux was beyond worth it. If you can swing it XLT with LUX package is the perfect Maverick. When I sat in mine for the first time I knew the right decision was made.

    I'm not worried about snow in my hybrid. I will be getting good snow tires. I went with XLT Lux package. Lux package is sweet. You would probably be happy with it over a Lariat without LUX.
