    What is the above and its use. It came with a code number and mail-in envelope to register it, as well as the option to purchase additional ones. Trouble is, I have no idea what it is or what it’s for.

    Thank you all! And, yes, this is the last vehicle I will probably ever buy. It replaces the 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ that I bought used in 2005 and have driven for the past 20 years.
