What about adding a nice red pin strip down the side of your truck to make the rims pop even more?
  2. Update: 2023 Maverick scheduling starts October 20. [Current key constraints: Hybrid, splash guards]

Correct, so I am just going too sit back and read everyone else getting all worked up and smile! :) (What more to do?)
  3. Update: 2023 Maverick scheduling starts October 20. [Current key constraints: Hybrid, splash guards]

With everything flying around in the MTC and on YouTube I called Ford.ca 1(800)# as they had told me that my 2022 Maverick Hybrid is previewing a few weeks back. I was just told that there will be no more 2022 Hybrids for Canada, or myself. But I will be getting a 2023 in the summer. (I forgot...
  4. Update: 2023 Maverick scheduling starts October 20. [Current key constraints: Hybrid, splash guards]

You come in with sound ideas. Today I had to fill up my 2016 Ram 1500 Hemi at Costco. (Cheaper gas) Now I am in Canada and I still had a quarter tank of gas when I pulled up. Today the gas was only: $2.179 LTR. My total fill was $169.97 and this will last me two weeks. (Last week the gas...
  5. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

The US highways were built in the 1940's as a WW2 protection program linking the east and west for the movement of war supplies and in case of attack from Japan. (Am I not correct?)
  6. Update: 2023 Maverick scheduling starts October 20. [Current key constraints: Hybrid, splash guards]

I love how Tim Bartz#Ford video guy just said that it is easy to get the tonneau cover easy from your parts department. (Maybe at Long Mc Arthur?) The tonneau listed at around $1200.00 for an online order. At the Ford.ca parts site $1,523.23 plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. Even at my...
  7. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

Wow, not a nice neighborhood. Most Canadian cities offer free time limited charging areas. We still have kids walking by unplugging vehicles. You come back a half an hour later and your car is not charged, because of some brat.
  8. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

How about this... most people can afford a new hybrid or EV "if" they work out a good payment plan. As someone said: "Farmers just see the cost of a vehicle as part of the job". (EB) The city EV group want their EVs to show off while they sip their Starbucks. The rest of us that can not right...
  9. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

True, you have a very good point! It seemed to me, that some people got out of bed this morning on the wrong side... (Love the debates hate the fighting)
  10. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

I was just wondering, as British Columbia likes to follow California in it's thinking that we are doing "our" part in saving the world from the evil fossil fuel vehicles. (You can not recycle EV vehicles as well as regular vehicles) Yet, a lot of people combind with the tourist go around our...

Welcome to AL Capon's used car lot. "We gun down the competition!"
  12. Update: 2023 Maverick scheduling starts October 20. [Current key constraints: Hybrid, splash guards]

Most of the people here waiting might. I still hate Toyota, so I will wave at you all while you drive by in your new Toyota trucks. Lol!
  13. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

To toss the cat amongst the pigeons, what about California making EV vehicles mandatory in a few years? (Good luck with that)
  14. Update: 2023 Maverick scheduling starts October 20. [Current key constraints: Hybrid, splash guards]

Toyota is bragging that they have something for 2023 to beat the Maverick, at the same price point. I hate smug Toyota. Lol!
  15. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

Are we now talking cars and not trucks? Cars EV or not have nothing to do with trucks. True, all of the full sized EV trucks are at a stupid price point! I said that "I" looked at at EV Mavericks on YouTube, but I would rather own a hybrid. (The best of both ends) Plus I don't care if it is FWD...
  16. Unfortunate news from dealer for 2023 Hybrid Lariat

I work for my local city and being a city that wants to look good for the tax payer they have changed most of the city vehicles over to EV. My every day vehicle for work is a Ford Focus. In the winter we have found that if we put the defogger and heat on at the same time that the charge runs...

That hunting dog sure was nice! But ever since he became blind we stopped giving him the gun. ;)
