Sorry to hear about your problem. There have been many software bugs and many left unexplained. Sorry you are being attacked by some on this forum but that happens alot if you mention any problems.
Get used to them, and they always say there will be a fix coming in a following quarter. Some never come. Hopefully those towing are aware of a problem and avoid an accident.
Ouch! That is one reason I won't own a house surrounded by trees or ones that are taller than 20 ft and or next to the foundation. Large old trees are beautiful but dangerous. Keep them trimmed and check health.
Whatever this is or what it means, it is a horrible color. It is not a happy accident, it is a mistake. This is one of those auto colors that will only get worse with age and uv fade.
