I used a 2x8 and it's perfect.

I have a Thule that was great with my Jeep Wrangler. It blocks the backing camera and when I use it the license plate needs to be on the driver side or it is blocked by the swingaway. I have Yakima bars on the top of the bed now so I'm looking at a rack there for next season.

The Elevate TS Rails are great and work with almost any system, I put them on my Mav with the Ford tri-fold.

Maybe longer straps that go over the rail and connect to the clips???

Great Write-Up, it's hard to find stuff for the Mav but the Elevate stuff "JUST WORKS".

I got one the other day, January 2023 before the parts are in.

Anyone know of a bike repair stand that mounts to the receiver hitch? I know some racks have the repair stands but I was thinking it would be nice to have something that could (when needed) be put in the receiver. I may just have to find someone who knows how to weld aluminum.

I needed a solution for skis so the bars are getting a cargo box, skis beyond 170cm will not fit in the box even diagonally.

I just added the TruXedo Elevate TS rails, Yakima Landing Pad1, Skyline Towers, Round bar adapters, and round bars. It's about 6 inches off the Tonneau cover. There a photos in another thread.

No problems with fitment on mine, in fact I think I fixed a couple of leaking issues without trying. I did use some of the spare tape from the Elevate kit on the tail gate, fixed leaking there. There is a lot of gap fill stuff provided in the Elevate kit, the Jeep Gladiator clamps come with it...

Get some of the foam 3M with the adhesive if you want it mostly water proof. I added some to the tailgate with good success.
