In a modern world consumers would be able to authenticate to a portal to see order/vehicle status any time. I guess paying support people or punting to dealer is still cheaper.

not true. never received an email and have had truck for 3 weeks after nearly 11 month wait. Dealer and 2 different Ford systems all had the correct email addy.

rebate offer will likely only offset price increase. unless they make it more than that everyone moved to 23 is getting screwed on finance rate increase.
