Some others on here could probably explain it better than me, but I've always explained Amateur Radio as CB with the added requirements for education and etiquette. I got my license when I was 11, and "trying to be like Dad." But, I've only operated a handful of times since then.

There isn't a specific all electric distance. At lower speeds the electric engine provides most of your power, which is why modern hybrids are so good for urban commuters.

I guess we have to hope Ford will be hard at work building in-house components so they can crank out the orders.

I got my build date yesterday. When I went to add it to my Ford account, a name came to mind--Dash. I've come up with multiple potential nicknames since ordering it back in July, but I think "Dash" is going to stick.

Build week scheduled for 2/21. Woot! Hybrid Lariat Lux from Masheter Ford in Cbus.

It is definitely possible. I ordered July 21st. My Mav is now scheduled, but I probably won't get it until Early to Mid April. March builds are probably gonna arrive in May. I know it sux. I'm sorry.

There was a cut-off date when Ford changed the XLT Luxury Package to Drop-in, vice Spray-in. I am unsure of the date, but XLT Lux's scheduled prior to said date are supposed to keep their spray-in liners. But...who knows...if you watch the FordVideoGuy videos, almost half of their orders...

I am ecstatic to get my build date. I'm kinda bummed at how far out it is. I'm not likely to get it by my birthday (Late March). But...at a VIN# in the 42k's, they'll hopefully have all the kinks worked out by then...lol.

I feel like Alf should make a netflix comback.
