I checked with my Fluke, and I got really low voltage. I also looked under the hood, and the fuse box doesn't have any fuses... Just two large connectors.
I hope it is something simple, I don't want dealership hacks butchering the wiring on my truck.
Worst case scenario, I do what I'm doing...
No, actually I didn’t ignore it. I monitored it. Since U-Haul verifies the function of their equipment, it’s actually pretty safe to say the issue has been narrowed to the truck.
My truck falls outside of the recall window.
Thanks again for adding nothing.
If I had a tester handy, yes it would be quick to do, but I didn't. The purpose was to see if anyone else outside of the recall window had the same issue.
Thanks for adding nothing to the conversation, and congradulations on your +1 post count.
I’ve been hauling U-Haul 6x12’s pretty regularly moving stuff from my old house to the new one.

I don't have a ZIP, but I'm going to venture that it is too much. It's a big box and shipping has been about $40, which would mean about $80 total.

Are these available? I see the instructions on the fordservice website, but I don't see them on the accessories website.

I had an issue with FedEx delivering my hitch. They managed to "lose" the first box and hardware, the second one came in a box but was damaged, and the third came damaged without a box or hardware. I finally told Ford to just keep the hitch.
It's a shame. The first hitch was fine but was...
Used Coverking front seat covers and a mismatch set of rear covers.
Coverking replaced the rear bottom with the wrong color…twice.
I had a pet cover over the bottom so it wasn’t visible.
$150 + shipping.
