I agree, Iām very impressed with the front coverage. The rear cover the floor well, but it would have even been better if the sides came up higher. overall, very happy with the coverage. I had ordered the Ford originally and decide against them due to the lack of coverage and the same pricin.
In my opinion, the $100 for the stop eliminator is the way to go. It might be the second best hundo ever spent; only second to that time in college ššš
i spoke to my Ford dealer and they said the stop eliminator will not effect warranty. They said it will improve motor life over time. I agree with them.
in the case of interior plastic I went with the lower cost Armor Shield. It is still a very good product. Note, a bottle this size is enough for the entire Maverick. I would estimate This protection would be good on the mats for 7 years. Be cautious of the strength of chemicals to clean...
yeah, this is the third set of floor mats that Iāve applied ceramic. I always struggled to get the dirt out rough texture. the y are floor mats and dirt isnāt a huge deal, I just like the able to clean easily. I would not purchased ceramic only for this purpose, but its great to use up with...
I think the Husky is considerably more flexable that the Weathertech. If I had a chance the Husky would have been my preferred. However, Iām Iām pleased with the Weathertech.
I wanted to share a quick review of the Weathertech complete set install. I originally or the Ford Maverick set, but was somewhat disappointed with the coverage. My preferred manufacturer would have been Husky, but Weathertech was a close second. Finally, Weathertech offered the complete...
I think it might actually be the easiest way to control the bed lights. the only thing I thing that would need to be verified is the switch ampacity rating. I would suspect the LED strips have very little amp draw.
like my dad always said, you want something done right, do it yourself. the Maverick Oil change is pretty basic with the filter sitting vertical so no mess the clean up. I have had my skid plates off twice now, I would suggest leaving the two plates assembled together. I had just noticed the...
nice job, had you considered the third strip for the font on the bed? also, I thought maybe a good idea would be to connect to the led bed light switch (near the tailgate on the driver side). i think is was the crazy $200 option.
any chance you could add photos of your splice work?
