  1. Totaled Mav? Hopefully not

That’s what most reputable insurance is doing now. I know a guy had a maverick similar as OP damage and after a month they totaled it. Cheap insurance will let it sit and owner makes payments on a car they can’t drive plus cost of replacement/ loaner vehicles. Not fords fault. Thank our world...
  2. Confirmed. Steelie as full size spare does fit

The hitch and the jagged edge are what restricts a full size spare. Ford is stingy with the maverick but can’t see why they didn’t plan for a full size spare. In all fairness many manufacturers don’t give any spare
  3. Tire rotation pattern

The cross pattern is the correct way. At 5000 miles Oil? Depends on driving habits, run time etc but one shoe does not fit all. With direct injection engines need to watch for fuel dilution
  4. Confirmed. Steelie as full size spare does fit

Do you have a trailer hitch? I tried the same setup and would not fit
  5. BRONCO SPORT LUG NUTS ?

Adding my .02 cents worth. I tried about every lug in this thread and others. Only 4 would seat well in the bronco sport rim. The others would go from side to side not seating firmly and felling snug. The one’s using those lugs I’ve no doubt they hold the rims on, just saying when off the truck...
  6. Previous vehicle before your Maverick?

21 lariat hybrid, 18 platinum, 16 RCSB, 14 FX4, 2002 SD, 78 bought new and a whole bunch in between. had other fords, just no pictures
  7. Rain water getting in the cab?

Have someone sit inside and use a power washer or good hose and nozzle. You’ll save a headache and be able to show the dealer the leak. They just say “can’t simulate”
  8. Plastic bed trim removal?

    Post 68 https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/how-to-remove-scratches-from-the-plastic-trims-around-the-bed-update-with-instruction-how-to-replace-the-trim-see-end-of-page5.6677/page-5
  9. 🙋‍♂️ What did you do TO / WITH your Maverick today?

Same at Harbor freight. Some guy with little man syndrome in a lifted 250 platinum was pointing my mav out to his lady and laughing. He clammed up when I unlocked it while looking at him
  10. Floor Jack & Jack Stand(s) at Pinch Welds

Just a warning for those that may want the Daytona crossbeam lift. I liked it so much and always wanted another jack so went and bought another! They work great! The warning? 1st one I bought was good, had the jack for years already. 2nd jack is fine but the crossbeam bolt had bad threads...
  11. Top of bed trim issue

Mine has this same thing with factory installed bed cover. Never looked at it, assumed they ran the cover bolt to tight.
  12. Floor Jack & Jack Stand(s) at Pinch Welds

Delivery is set early to late February, probably coming from china.
  13. Avs bugflector ll installed

  17. Floor Jack & Jack Stand(s) at Pinch Welds

I bought almost the same ones. Jack stand ones were loose on my stands. The floor Jack one won’t fit over the pinch weld because the black plastic trim. The pinch and plastic at the designated area is 7/16”. Other spots for the floor Jack are 5/8”. The adapters on Amazon the one I bought said...
  18. Floor Jack & Jack Stand(s) at Pinch Welds

I wanted to get this but learned the floor jack needs a 1-1/8 “ diameter saddle stud. Jegs own floor jacks do not have this. Saw the next post with the Daytona cross beam and bam, works great! Noticed one lift put a grove on the beam pad. Going to shift it towards the front where more weight...
  19. Floor Jack & Jack Stand(s) at Pinch Welds

Anyone find these pinch weld adapters to fit the maverick. In fords efforts to minimize our Jack ability they ran a plastic trim to hide it. Looks great but the adapter in ordered did not fit over the weld and plastic. Need at least 1/2” and one I bought advertising say 1/2” but was under 3/8”
