Yes, (insert manufacturer here) Certified Used programs are generally great. We've have two: a 2012 Nissan Quest and a 2016 Honda Fit. The thorough inspection (and replacement of parts) and warranty extension make Certified Used well worth it.

Depending on the model year, that might have been the least of its issues. A friend of mine had one, and it–to be VERY diplomatic–tested his patience. I can't remember the model year, as this was quite awhile ago now.
