Imo this is likely going to end up with Mexico/Canada paying lip service to Trump and Trump declaring victory and nothing will happen as far as tariffs are concerned. At least, that is my hope.

I think this is the right mindset around it all. Most people who have already ordered will likely get their truck before any tariff takes effect, mostly due to court dates and such.
