They reissue the certs every 3 months if unused. No need to worry about it. I had the same situation with my Maverick, and the cert was reissued and I used it for my purchase last month.

I have the same problem with the Ford-branded hard trifold cover. I just had a dealer look at it in SoCal. The dealer said since they did not install the cover, they will not warranty it. To me, it is a bad design to leak that much.

Who says rates will drop significantly enough in time to be worth a refi? More interest than principal is paid in the early years of the loan. We could have relatively high interest rates for a while.

I ordered a non Lux Hybrid XLT and I kept the hitch, inverter, and spare, and I even had copilot 360 and a moonroof. I was scheduled to late December and got my truck in January. I was a socal order originally from Nov 2021, and rolled over.

I was taxed on the amount prior to the certificate. On the contract, they applied the $2750 as a down payment.

Update: Last week my Maverick came in and I purchased it with the new $2750 certificate! I even got X-plan combined with the cert.

I think I remember that I was able to get my previous cert # from Ford customer service before I had a VIN, since they link your email to your account.

I just verified on the phone with Ford's customer service that my transitional private offer was extended to 4/3/2023. It was previously 1/3, but Ford extended it by three months. The agent provided the program number and the certificate number, so I am ready when the car gets in.

My Maverick was scheduled to be built on 12/15. However, it took until 12/23 for the status to change to "Built". The status was "In body shop" until 12/23, when I got the email that it was "Built" and is awaiting shipment. As of today (12/27) it is still awaiting shipment (it has not been...
