    I believe USOB is U.S. Order Banks. Order banks are what retail orders that have not been built, but ordered. So capacity is what they can do vs retail banks is what orders are left to be made. that's how I read it anyways.

    with the final 3 weeks of production not taken into consideration and 9k XLs left in the order banks, if I read that constraint list properly, I imagine new 24 XL orders are in for a long, strange trip if only 20% of 24 production is XL.     These constraints are for 23 models. They imply that if you have ordered certain parts, trims, or engines, Ford does not have the ability to produce them all with the parts/capacity they have. Thus, an increased likelihood of your order not being built. Unless you are a lucky, lucky person like me.
