Reporting back that after a week or so of TSR activated - no issues and it works remarkably well. It is a small nice-to-have feature that I didn't know I wanted but now would be annoyed to be without. Ford really should have enabled from the factory...
Just picked up a Wingbar Evo roof rack for my mav for $529 (had been ~$660). Lots of other stuff on sale too. Hope it helps someone that has been looking to pick something up.
Is the 720-09-01 code specific to the Lariat / 6" screen?
@Chommer - looks like you are an XLT.Not sure if that matters, but me, Darnon, MLowe are Lariat's.
Awesome. Worked for me following your steps and after watching a couple Youtube videos on using Forscan and backing up the stock settings. '22 Mav Lariat Hybrid w/ Lux. Some additional detail below:
Once in Forscan:
1. IPMA (Simple Mode): Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR): from Disabled to SLIF

Same... Really want to do this and the double honk removal on my Hybrid Lariat Lux, but waiting until there is a straightforward "here's what you need to do" walkthrough to get the square TSR for us 6"-ers. I'd be glad to paypal somebody a quick $20 for their time to writeup and share for posterity.
I have this build except in carbonized gray. I love it and MSRP is a steal for a non-ordered mav.
I have to say, the ACC and lane keep (included in the lariat lux package) is a game-changer and I'm amazed more folks don't opt for it. I use it all the time, especially in traffic and it takes...
This is awesome - thanks for trying it out. I'm guessing you'll be able to get it to work, but wil probably take a little McGuyver-ing since the Mav is probably smaller than it's intended generic truck. Really looking forward to your updates.

Good for you. I just purchased on X-Plan a few days ago and it was awesome. No haggling, no markups, no BS - just the price, tax, and limited fees. It was awesome. They also honored the 0% interest for 36 months from when i ordered. I've never had a better experience at a dealer...
Griped to everyone: Dealer, customer service, ford chat. I got on twitter and shared my issues with Ford, Ford Trucks, Jim Farley (CEO), and their head of Customer Experience. I was respectful and polite, but firm in that this process is a mess and we're all sitting out here in limbo...
Good...
Thanks. I've been told so much conflicting shit from Ford CS, I don't believe anything they tell me.
I'm going to take delivery, but I will never buy another Ford product. I share my experience with colleagues often - which has had issues far beyond this current debacle...
Assume you are being sarcastic? But sitting here complaining ain't going to get anything done.
I recommend twitter for a few reasons: it's very public, it puts it on radar of high-level folks, and the social media teams will start poking around about it. Squeaky wheel and all that...
Agree on concerns about battery and other issues from sitting out.

For those stuck in "in production" - I've started (respectfully) tweeting at the CEO, Ford, and Ford trucks. Encourage you to do the same. Retweet and like others: @jimfarley98 @Ford @FordTrucks
