Has anyone upgraded their tires to something more aggressive like for instance, blizzaks or BF goodrich KO2’s? I’m wondering how many mpgs I would lose in my hybrid if i went to a more aggressive yet same size tire. If any of you have made the tire swap, please let me know the difference in mpg’s

As long as its under warranty ill keep taking it back til its gone. Probably a dummy light but trying to sell it down the road with a CEL would suck.

I bought tires from Sams Club and had the bozo's that work there install the tires. Nothing but issues ever since. I've learned how important places like Discount tire are. Never let people that stock cereal in shelves work on your vehicle is the lesson I learned.

Mine came on at 18k, the dealer replaced the engine wire harness. I still have the CEL. Dealer said they need to change the overflow coolant reservoir. I'm guessing they replaced the wire harness for nothing. My dad has the CEL on his Maverick. They told him its the catalytic converter...

Either paint the wheels black or get different wheels and more aggressive Tires and a 1 inch leveling kit.

The hybrid engine and trans should go for far more miles than the ecoboost with the 8 speed automatic.

I agree 100 percent. These Mavericks will need new paint jobs after a few years. They're either using really cheap paint or they aren't baking the paint properly.

I have a White Maverick with several chips as well. I have 6k miles and about 6 chips. It's not the car wash causing these problems because I've only washed mine about 4 times. I didn't do the brushless though. Maybe the white paint doesn't stick to the primer for some reason.
