When they cut and paste the order guide they started with XL standard equipment and add the additional standard equipment from the XLT and Lariat pages. BUT they didn't edit out the items that were replaced by the higher trim, like the keyed ignition in the XL and XLT.

Also, some dealers have more 2023 rollovers than they have estimated allocations and are not taking new orders.
