  1. Looking to tie down ladder to front of vehicle

Most if not all extension ladders are named after the longest stretched length. Fully collapsed most 36' extension ladders are 12' long.
  2. Looking to tie down ladder to front of vehicle

Could also use these under the hood...
  3. Recommend a tire for me!

If you are looking to run only one set of tires and still spend most of your time on pavement/hard packed dirt I would look at the Yoko Geolanders. They are a very mild AT so should still hold up well and not be a noisy heavy tire for daily use.
  4. 2025 Maverick Scheduling This Week (12/5/24) for Production Weeks 2/3 - 2/24/25

Going in I figured I wouldn't see mine till early April and I'm not far off. The lack of communication from my dealer and ford is what has me irkd along with being early to sign up ment nothing.
  5. 2025 Maverick Scheduling This Week (12/5/24) for Production Weeks 2/3 - 2/24/25

Sorry yours has been a long wait as well. Hopefully they honor that and you get some free tech to ease your suffering!
  6. 2025 Maverick Scheduling This Week (12/5/24) for Production Weeks 2/3 - 2/24/25

Good to know that I didn't get shoved to the absolute back of the bus then. Still frustrating none the less.
  7. 2025 Maverick Scheduling This Week (12/5/24) for Production Weeks 2/3 - 2/24/25

What amuses me is I ordered my vehicle the 08/06/2024. So very shortly after the job1 2025 bank order bank opened. Yet despite doing this I got one of the very last slots for job1 being scheduled. My truck is currently scheduled for production 01/06/2025. Sounds like next time I need to order...
  8. Studded snow tires VS Blizzaks?

Of the options given unless sheets of ice is an issue I would just do the Blizzaks. Other snow tires I have run over the years that also worked well were the Cooper Weathermasters. The weather masters also did not wear as bad on the dry pavement in the fall/spring of the year when you run them...
  9. 2025 Maverick Anyone get Scheduled 11/14/2024

Would not surprise me. Find it amusing though for sure. This is the 2nd Vehicle I have ordered in my life (1st Ford) and both times it was like pulling teeth to get information from the dealer on the status of my order.
  10. 2025 Maverick Anyone get Scheduled 11/14/2024

Mine was finally scheduled. I was told by my dealership it had been a few weeks ago....the dealer finally got me the verification paper with the VIN# shown on it. Still have not heard anything from Ford directly in way of an update.....but here is the screen grab from running it through the...
  11. WINTER DRIVING

If the rear of the car is really light and likes to slide around then sure maybe. But does not help with braking/traction.
  12. WINTER DRIVING

As others have touched on. Weight in the bed is only for RWD trucks. The Mav is not one. FWD will work better in the winter conditions then RWD. Some quality winter tires if you have the space are best case scenario for the truck.
  13. 2025’s in Transit?

Also the link you have under the one you said looks like a hybrid has the motor listed as turbocharged. So definitely not the hybrid.
  14. Car locked me out with keys inside

2025 you have to order it with it...making me wish I did now hearing this story.
  15. Your age / occupation?

  16. Blinker noise too loud

Its a Ford. Noise gets loud or it stops leaking add more!
  17. Blinker noise too loud

Its possible its a fuse box mounted one and would need to insulated inside the fuse box. Mine is not due to be delivered till this spring so will need to investigate then.
  18. Blinker noise too loud

I would attempt to locate the blinker relay and insulate it. Its obvious here the fokes who do not have to commute several hours a day in a given direction for their chosen occupation. Its also very obvious the hypocrisy of some people who have never in their years of driving ever answered a...
  19. Hybrid Mileage improvement with 100% ethanol-free gas

Depends on your definition of modern. Anything after mid 2010 I'd assume yes. Older then that hit or miss.
