Jealous, I am also here in Minnesota and still waiting for mine to be built. It is in process and should be finished any day now!
But looks like our builds are similar if not identical.
Amusing the level of people concerned about the wheels off the ground test. Is it great to knowledge to have? Absolutely. But how many people that are considering the AWD are considering it because they run into situations even remotely close to that simple test? Not many.
Most want it to deal...
Looking good. Any way to add and angle to the front of it for better air flow for MPG? I am assuming regardless the hit in MPG is acceptable to meet the goal.
Not that shocking considering its coming from china. Its a small truck but topper still isn't that small. Super awkward shaped so will take up a ton of space.
Few videos I have watched of theirs I have never been that impressed with. Some of it could be just their presentation personas or they really could be that ill prepared/informed for the videos they do.
Either way some of the stuff they say makes me go really you didn't research that?
Either...
As others have said. Credit unions are generally your best bet. One credit union I am a member at is 4.9 the other is 4.5
I would not count on seeing crazy good rates through the dealer but as pointed out doesn't hurt to ask.
Then I shall leave it up to the OP to clarify things if they choose to. If they don't then so be it.
You are being very confrontational on something that has next to no bearing on the OP question or decision to or not to store his brand new vehicle.
Some do but if you read further down he is making payments on his current 2022. They are $500+ a month indicating that he took a loan for all or nearly all of the 2022.
Being he did that plus still has that loan going reason stands he would do the same for this one hence my comment.
Congrats...
Show me a bank that does not at a minimum require storage insurance on a vehicle with a loan.
Most insurances won't even let that fly when it has a loan.
I hear you. Heck if I was over seas so many vehicles I would be trying to bring back with me to drive instead of what we have here as options in America! lol.
Since you know what you want and that is a 2025 why not just let this one slide back to the dealer and then order one later in your time away rather then give up all that factory warranty along with (presumably) make payments and insurance payments on a truck that's waiting at home for you?
I...
Mine had a scheduled start date of 01/06/2025. It started production on 12/19/24.
Shows still in production. I assume its had little to no progress these last couple weeks with the holidays and that's just fine with me. Rather a quality truck show up when it shows up then something not done...
Have not gotten mine yet but it is in production. I have the AWD Hybrid variant being built as well. I drive almost 100mi a day for work so shouldn't take me long to cross the threshold of 1k miles lol.
