Same here .Mine was built in July-hybrid.....Mine happens even on smooth road sometimes... Tired of hearing excuse of the trucks cheap price for inferior quality....Guess that saying is true. " Fix or repair daily."

Getting rid of mine ...Same issues gonna make a 6 k profit....done with ford...they just screwed me on the rear camera recall on my mustang saying the bad camera was not in the vin range ....500 dollar repair and I had no cameras for over a year...Done with themmm...

Have numerous annoying rattles even on smooth roads....Seriously thinking of trading in on a Honda Or toyota ...who cares about MPG . Retiring soon so not an issue... Insurance is also high on hybrid...Higher than my 2018 mustang convertible....

Mine is a dull thumping sound/right front corner... Sometimes a louder sound across the dash...Have Crv hybrid with 45k on it not a rattle ever... Then again it doe not have the Plastic Ono Band interior...

Yep..In the right hand dash and rear seat area...Very annoying since you cannot drown out the sound with the cheap ass radio in the truck...

Forget about hybrid . They charge an extra 100 dollars for plates in Ohio for hybrid a year which buys a lot of gas. Only drive 5 -6 k a year when Mustang is in winter storage....

Just picked up my 23 4 weeks ago . Same rattles plus some other issues . Not too happy with paint quality either.. Thinking I may trade in or sell it . Will not lose any money....
