Fwiw, the block design was changed in mid 2019. They got rid of the slit at the top of the block between the cylinders and this particular problem is not happening the 2020+ 2.0s.

I guess you could call/chat with Ford directly to confirm the order was cancelled (you need order code and sales code). I hate to think like this but it is possible the dealer is unscrupulous and they are taking your order for themselves to sell above msrp. Just saying it seems possible anyway...

I have this brand in a 2020 Escape and they are nice, perfect fit. Will get the same for the Maverick. Getting close to two years use and they clean up great and look like new. Makes vacuuming the inside easy as they snap in and out and all the dirt stays in them and not on the carpet.
