While remote starting my Maverick this morning, I noticed an offer in my inbox... 1 year of onX Elite for free.
I went ahead and signed up, process complete, service "activated".
Load the app(s) and I'm faced with 7 day trials and am required to purchase memberships for the services that are...
I'll throw my $0.02 in...
We put forward and rear facing dashcams in all of our cars. Decided the Rexing that Best Buy offers was a good one. After any incident or something like that tire, we can pull over and transfer from the SD card to our phones.
I'm pretty sure better pricing could be...
Sounds like someone behind the counter was having a bad day.
I would look into contacting the customer service people and see where it takes you.

did some searching, but I still need to ask.
Before the recent update to the Ford app, I had a notification of recalls due and service bulletins applicable to my truck. Post recall service, the app updated. Gone are the notices of axle boot replacements.
Does that mean they are no longer offered...
I can only speak for myself, but I have disliked it from the first time it activated. My daily commute is mostly stop signs. I find absolutely no reason to come to a stop, engine shuts off, restarts, and I drive away just as fast as you read that. The gas saved in no way could possibly be worth...
We have a super wide driveway at the back corner of our building at work for Semi's to turn around. 1st time it snowed, I played a bit with mine and did the same thing. Nice controllable 4 wheel drift onto the road.
I have a feeling the engineers each specialize in their own "pocket" of the code. Sometimes a small simple change in one pocket has a negative effect on an area of the code you wouldn't expect. That means the final code must be fully tested with every variance in mind. Where I work we call it...
I have the Tyger tri-fold on my '22 and the only issue I've had was super cold temps making the ice squeak on the glass. just clear it off the best you can and let it be.
Wife has a '23 BS BB, I have the Maverick. Both have made the trip from upstate NY to FL.
That 1.5L does OK on the highway. Decent fuel mileage, handles the PA hills respectfully. What's really hard to adjust to is the difference in the feel and the sound. It feels like it's constantly in a gear...
With the will and budget, ANYTHING can happen.
My dad and I put an old school 5.0L in a 1974 Mazda RX4. Fun fact: the Wankel engine that came out was 50 lbs heavier than the V8 that went in.
We've had some temps in the teens in Upstate NY. Yes, every engine I've had is always louder when everything is cold. Remote start seems to cure that pretty well. Just sayin'
We have a '24 Escape that has the same drive train as my Maverick (2.0 EB) with the same tow package. I have ridden in the back seat of both and that 4" is a very noticeable comfort when fit is concerned. You wouldn't think so, but it is.
