This is the side rail extrusion:

The corners are counter bored for M6 screws, and those screws thread into a plate that is tapped for M6. The plates slide into the two T slots in the extrusion. So you loosen the 4 corners, slide it into position and then lock them down.

I used some 80/20 Aluminum extrusion to make the side rails. I designed some sliding hook mounts for the 80/20 that would use the stock tie-down hooks. Next step after the test fit is to get them anodized. In the center is an M8 tapped hole for maybe an eye bolt.

Not enough material left to slot to allow for the misaligned hole.

I noticed the same thing. Counting from the left in your picture, hole 5 on both sides of my bed were high by a fair amount.

I'm on the NE side of Indy. Got my Atlas Blue XL a few weeks ago from Ray Skillman in Greenwood. Had one on order from Capitol City Ford since last July, and while waiting, this one showed up - so we jumped on it. Looking forward to some Maverick meets.

Ordered a bare bones XL last July. So if I have not been scheduled yet, does this mean that I could still be within the 6/3 to 6/24 window?
