AFAIK you can’t track without the order number and VIN. Your dealer should be able to give you both numbers. also, having both numbers doesn’t mean you have a build date. When the tracking link worked a week ago, it showed that my order was accepted but no build date.

Same. Didn’t work for me whereas the shop.ford.com link used to work…most of the time.
