    When I asked them for the signed buyer's order my sales advisor said: The price I was quoted is MSRP and they will honor that price for me. Now, if I decline it then the dealer has the option to charge over MSRP to the open market.

    Currently, Area 51 is still the most popular choice of exterior color; Alto Blue holds the 5th place: The upcharge can be diluted with the financing of the vehicle. The choices are more based on personal preference, I think.

    Correct. The company that asked for the measurements is called East Detailing Steering Wheel (eastdetailing.com). I used them in the past for my wife's old Civic LX, and my plan is to do the same for my hybrid (when it arrives).

    Agreed. With a soft measurement tape in hands it's quicker to just measure the grip at the top and the bulge as shown on the picture below:
