No off road, but have already had to pull my zero turn mower out of wet mud several times and once it would have been nice to pull it the the mower attached to the front of the Maverick. Also do not like the look of the plastic cover that a two hook would be attached to.
Electric motors have full torque at ZERO rpm's. That is what help you move. Torque is your friend on the road and HP is for better lap times racing or top end speed.

This is going to turn in a mess. When I transport cars I try to connect my straps to something on the frame or axles. That way the suspension can do it’s job. Not at home so cannot look at my truck. Wheel straps are very good if you are going to transport a lot.
