You could call Ford and ask them what the status of your order is and see if they have a VIN and if it matches up. If that is your correct VIN and it's in production then the question would be why the dealer placed a 2023 order in your name. Did you check that the window sticker matches your order?

I'm guessing the seats will be the same as the Tremor but without the badge and orange stitching.

Some dealers that I spoke to said they were submitting orders but all they are actually doing is taking your details, build, and deposit and entering that info into a spreadsheet. The person who actually submits the orders in WBDO works off that spreadsheet which is why they kept saying it...

They are probably ordering the Hybrid's for themselves to sell with $$$$ mark up. Since there will be more EB's built it will be easier for a customer to get one rather than waiting forever end not ending up getting anything.

The email you received might have been from the first EB order. I think the order preview print out is generated after the order has been entered into the system.

If the COVP is no longer mandatory to get scheduled then what is stopping dealers from creating multiple orders themselves? This is going to reduce the chances of getting a 2023 even more.

Congrats! I would be happy with that. Like you said, no guarantees that the 2023 would get built or how long it would take if it did. Easier to pay now and enjoy it without worrying and chasing up with your dealer on the status every few weeks. You got a decent interest rate as well. Enjoy!
