Why would they? 2022 orders didn't. There was no real ryhmye or reason about what trucks got scheduled this last year. Lots ordered in Dec and Jan were scheduled ahead of those ordered in June and July with the same spec. Why would change? Is Ford finally going to do the right thing for once...
I've purposely been very active on here and other forums and social media so people from Ford actually see it. I've even been contacted my Fords official Facebook and Twitter account and gave them all my info...to no avail. But, I'm still trying.
It's a pretty big fucking deal when one of the...
I've since corrected myself many times, but regardless, the main point remains the same...lots of orders are getting rolled over to 2023s, I was just one of the first to bring it public. Just yesterday fordauthority.com posted an article about it too.
The only way to fix this fairly...Ford...
I haven't called this week yet, but i usually do every Friday. As of Friday, Ford confirmed nothing changed and my order is still in the queue. The dealer has to cancel the order and would (should) inform you first.
"Internet never forgets." Then why don't you read the rest of my comments I've made since, but especially the and edit the same day on that post on Jan 28th when I figured out it was dealer specific.
I will admit my original headline was misleading and not a full truth until I made an edit at...
What are you talking about? Read the forums. I'm not the only one to get rolled over to 2023. Lots of us have...lots of us with no restraints that ordered in the summer and fall have already been told we aren't getting a 2022.
Why do you not comprehend this?
I'll say it again slowly...
Still a horrible business model. And it's why something like the electoral college exist. If it didn't, candidates would only care about the biggest cities in the biggest states and never campaign or care about the rest of the country.
Ford is giving a middle finger to small dealerships and...
I'm a June ordered too and the only constraint I ever had was the spray in bed liner that I got rid of back in mid December and I've still never been scheduled. If you ordered from a large dealership, I'd say there's a 50/50 chance you get a 2022 Maverick. If it was from a small...
Wait a second...so Ford is actually admitting that some 2022s orders will be rolled over to a 2023...just like I've been saying for the past 4 weeks?
Wow. Would you look at that. That's crazy. You mean that all the other posts and comments me and others have made about this means we aren't...
Hey Tim, can I get dibs on the first explanation? I probably waited the longest in the country at this point without getting scheduled. See proof attached.
But all those people making these claims, like myself, are NOT getting their hybrids scheduled.
This issue is dealer specific.
I've commented on everyone that's ever made this claim since I did nearly a month ago. None of us have since been scheduled, and we all ordered from small...
I was literally told the exact same thing and had the same scenario happen almost 4 weeks ago to my June order...I also received a lot of the same comments you're getting because no one of this sub, Facebook, or Reddit believes me, you, or plenty of others that have already said the exact same...
I admire your calmness and willingness to move on, I wish I could, but the thing is, if we do nothing, say nothing, or simply move on and buy something else...Ford and the slimy dealers doing mark ups, win.
With each passing week, my desire to own a Maverick goes down a little bit more. It...
I don't think you realize how big of a deal it is that me, you, and lots of others that ordered in June and July are getting rolled over to 2023. It's a HUGE deal and HUGE problem. There should be articles about it from major news sources. I ordered before 99.9% of the country ordered and won't...
Why would he lie? He didn't tell me about another one on the lot, other options, or try to sell me or get me to do anything. He told me he will contact me once orders for 2023 open up if I want to make any changes. He was busy the entire morning giving the bad news to other people.
I called...
Wait...please elaborate. I ordered from a small dealership in June also and was told a few weeks ago by the manager that my order is getting rolled over to a 2023. A few others have had the same problem but not enough for people to believe it. I get roasted on Facebook and Reddit when I bring it...
The number works...they won't do a damn thing besides confirm you're still in the queue, but it works.
I would have thought when I called last week saying I ordered June 10th and haven't been scheduled yet that they would at least lie to me and give me some kind of temporary reassuring...
I mean...I ordered my Maverick over 8 months ago and haven't been scheduled yet. Meaning, even I get scheduled tomorrow, I won't get it until 12 months after I ordered it.
That's BEST case scenario.
It's only been random dealerships, usually small dealerships, that most likely already went over their allocation. I called Customer Service and the Complaint line multiple times. They confirmed my order is still valid, in the queue, and inputted I'm correctly, but can not tell me when, or what...
