When I originally ordered the Mav moonroof was $795. When I dropped the SIBL the order was re-costed and the moonroof was bumped up to $995. Dropping the SIBL didn't seem to speed up my order so I got hosed for $200. Anyway the moonroof was a must have for me. Cars without some feature like that...
I have yet to have an opportunity to experience the dial shifter, but I think it looks better than a steering column shifter. Steering column shifters seem old fashioned especially how they mechanically clunk into gear.
I like manual trans too, but soon they will all but disappear from the domestic car market. Even the muscle cars are going away from manuals. These new modern auto trans are just too good.

EcoBoost are typically faster delivery than Hybrid. That's a given, but I cannot see any correlation with higher trim level/ more options being slower than minimal options. If anything I see the opposite. Right now I'm looking at 9 months at best for 2.0L AWD XL no "constraining" options...
