My 22 , ECO Lariat, is a daily driver with mix of highway/city driving. At almost 20k miles is holding steady at combined 30 MPG.
I have done a few short, 300 mile, road trips and getting about 35 MPG on highway if I stay at around 75 mph. It drops to 33 MPG with cruise set on 80 mph. For road...
Yes I do...but my Maverick doesn't have a monopoly on that effect. Had same issue in my F-150s, wife's Fusions and any other vehicle. In my case it is old age and too many jumps from a perfectly good airplane.
I don't have AWD but I certainly do not lack for power. In the words of a poster months ago "The Maverick passes with ease". 0-60 is great, 60-90 is even better.
Hauled a 900# skid of batteries about 40 miles(highway) I was running 70 and getting 26. something in mpg. Handled good and breaking coming off the freeway didn't seem any different, though I did start coasting on the off ramp. It will definitely do truck things. I do miss being able to haul a...
Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville(Michael Bratcher) did a bang up job. My 22 Mav Lariat Eco which I had been waiting 9 months for was scheduled to deliver last July while I was already scheduled to be out of town. Contacted Michael and told him i would be out of town when vehicle was slated for...
Thought I was being followed by a Mav in my neighborhood so I took a extra turn and it kept going. As i rounded corner coming opposite direction from normal my neighbor 3 doors down is pulling that Mav into his drive. Chatted at him and he had picked it up day before. Got a 2 Mav neighborhood now.
Nice looking setup. Had something similar on my F-150 but my 6'1" is a bit too long for the short bed on the Maverick. Love my Mav, just won't be doing a setup like this for camping.
