I've never hit a deer. I did hit a turkey many years ago. My 6 month old Norton Commando was 1700.00(ish, can't remember)and the hospital bill was around 15k. Price on vehicles and hospitals has risen considerably since 77. Glad you have no need for the hospital.

Texas says we are supposed to run 2 tags but seldom see anyone busted for it. My Lariat showed a front tag bracket was SUPPOSED to come with the vehicle but I never got it.

I keep mine on the "console" behind the phone holder on my Lariat. Barely have to lean forward and it puts it right into my shooting hand. Door pocket would probably be best if I was a southpaw though.

Maybe because we are fleeing our state being invaded. Maybe Ford can get help with vehicle delivery time by setting them up in Eagle Pass. A full tank should get them the 400 miles to Dallas.

I don't know a cost as I have fortunately not had any issues. But my insurance carrier made me go from a 50.00 deductible to a 500.00 deductible for windshield when i bought my Mav. She said windshields will be between 3k and 5k to replace.
