I have what looks to be a similar prescription. You need to find a better eyeglass place. When I used to get them at Costco I was only charged about $450, almost half of which was the frame. I now get mine from Zenni online, and only get charged $130 with +3.00 astigmatism and plano lenses...
There is probably something wrong with your front-facing camera or its sensitivity settings. Is it covered up by a canoe or something? Did someone alter the auto-highbeam sensitivity setting?
You can't write the missing code using Forscan, all you can do is alter parameter tables. Realistically the only option would be to take the entire electrical system including even the radio (cuz it does more than just radio) from the donor Escape.
An extra gallon of gas is less than 7lbs. Assuming that you're going to need the heating/cooling components, extra wiring, etc, I would assume that you will need maybe 200lbs of extra weight just to extend the existing pack with a second battery. That's going to drop your mileage by maybe 2mpg...
I'd guess that you don't understand what a reflector in a light assembly actually does. If you remove that part, you are removing probably 75% of the light output. Get a light meter and take a reading of your blacked-out lights vs. a normal set of lights.
What do you need such heavy wire for? Your house is using a log longer runs on 14ga. For 400W you can probably get away with 18ga.
P.S. you get this already wired in if you bought the lux package. Its good value for what it adds.
While it would certainly be doable, you can probably assume that the kit will cost more than your whole vehicle. Just the big battery will set you back at least 1/2 of that. The market is so small after you factor out all of the people who want it for almost free, that nobody is going to make...
Seats in the Lariat are freezing in cold weather and burning hot in hot weather. The seat material used in the XL and XLT does not have these issues. With the Lariat there are a lot of days that you need to warm up the vehicle for 10 minutes just to get the interior more bearable, wasting a...
Those super-hot and cold vegan-leather seats are one of the bigger reasons why I wanted the XLT instead of the Lariat. For some weird reason people seem to have associated leather seats with higher end, and they suck in real weather. The cloth seats don't have these issues and you don't have...
You did, but you're one of the lucky ones who haven't died from the after-effects yet. How many of the kids that you grew up with have now died from weird things like liver and bladder cancers? How many had kids with learning disorders or genetic illnesses?
You're definitely driving waay too close to the worn-out and leaking dumptruck in front of you. Just because nobody else is doing it makes a really poor reason not to follow the 3 second rule. At 60mph that's about 280ft. Let some other dumbass get peppered or his windshield broken.
Full synthetic meeting the Ford spec is the only oil you're supposed to use in a hybrid. The dyno blend is only ok in the EB, with shortened change intervals. Find another dealer who actually reads the spec.
What on earth do you want the headlights off for? They're going to outlast the vehicle by a lot of years, and even in the brightest sunlight you actually need to be seen against the background. Turning them off was maybe a thing in the 70's, but not today.
Don't hold your breath, as its going to be an extreme wait. I ordered an XLT Hybrid with the Lux and CP360 packages and no other options, on Feb 28th. I rolled it over on July 17th when the 2024 order banks opened. I'm still unscheduled and waiting. Given that the January/February production...
