Not trying to be argumentative, but what did MRT do differently then Ford as warranty wheel cost avoidance must have been substantial enough to revert back to behind the wheel exhaust, making the least costly engineering change vs. changing the side exhaust aero characteristics.
Can you post a copy of your service order write up (narrative part) that perhaps references the firmware release number? Might be helpful to those that are with similar condition and talking with a Service Writer that is clueless. Sorta help lead the witness to fixing the vehicle. Thanks

I just did the IPC config change to my ā24 XLT Hybrid, 4 inch screen, but I only changed line 720-13-01 and 720-13-02 to ALL ZEROS. I did NOT change line 720-14-01 and 720-14-02 to ALL ZEROS. I left these as built.
