That was this Sunday the 5th of Jan 2025? Previous threads have come to the conclusion that the AWD Hybrid is Towable flat and the Owners Manual was corrected on line. 2 Ford Reps sent out notifications it was towable 4 wheels down.

There has been a message from Ford that is on the other thread about flat towing stating it is in fact flat towable. I saw in the PDF version it said not but in the HTML version which will be why SYNC 4 will show in the vehicle the procedure to flat tow.
