Funny you noted the Santa Cruz. This Ford dealer also is a Hyundai lot, they have two Santa Cruz units available now..... 5K ADM.
No Mavericks other than the ordered Lariat Hybrid awaiting prep-and delivery tomorrow.
Thanks for the input -
Thanks....
When I pick up our Maverick from Granger Ford in Iowa someday in ‘22, 😇 I will be be driving back West through Murdo SD and down into Yellowstone country.
Perhaps there will be a few more rigs out on the road by then. Hope so ✔️🇺🇸
You and your new buddy nailed it. He’s been hit up with questions and folks are curious as the dickens...
So it is just a simple fact of low initial numbers and the high level of interest ✔️
Thanks for checking in from Texas.
So we live in a mid sized city in a populous state with 5 Ford dealers within 30 miles of each other but I have only seen 7 actual rigs and only at the dealers.
Today I spotted this fresh off the truck Hybrid Lariat at a dealer awaiting its prep time... first eyes on a Lariat and hybrid for me...
Stay safe and we hope the good folks at Granger Ford are all feeling better. We can all enjoy a Happy and healthy New Year. 2022 I pray will be a healthy and solid year for one and all.
Take care folks ✔️🇺🇸
I hope you folks use a quality electronic signature firm like Docusign. They have been a true blessing for many of our major purchases in this era of Covid business transactions. No contact unless absolutely needed, and for this purchase necessary for out of state purchases.
Thanks Granger for...
I am referencing vehicles in my past and (current non) Maverick rides. As noted, you use whatever Ford recommends of course, but what I have done is leave the oem oil that came in the factory fresh engine - leave it in use around 3000 to 4000 miles then switch to full synthetic.
So if it calls...
Yes indeed - you are spot on with the full synthetic used too early. The engine in a way is over protected and the rings don’t fully seat. Your reflections are further proof and I have followed the rule of letting the oem oil do its job - then switch to a quality synthetic.
Best of luck with...
Thank you Weatherman ........ I learned quite a bit about this event from your post and what others have added. I’m an “ old goat”, but ready and willing to update my aging data bank brain ..... whenever it allows me to do so. 🙄🙂
Enjoy the road ahead sir - Thanks and Merry Christmas 🎄
Grateful for the input on the potential upgrades. Hard to beat a Bose system like your Infiniti. I would be interested in seeing what folks are doing to improve the base system. Please keep us informed.
Agreed about the tires. I would run them out and upgrade down the line.
Enjoy our ride. ✔️🇺🇸
