  3. Episode 62: Will Your Scheduled 2022 Ford Maverick Get Canceled or Built?

Got pushed from 10/31 to 11/21 today. 4th push for me. Whew, last MY22 I guess.
  4. Tracking remaining 2022 orders

You need to add some later build week options like 12/5 and 12/12
  5. 15k markup on 22 lariat hybrid

Will be worth more and more if Ford actually does start canceling order.
  6. Fair Warning, some 22 Maverick's might be canceled.

I doubt Ford is going to cancel any Mavs. I just think they will be building MY22 trucks well into 2023 which is still some BS.
  7. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

You are 100% correct. Sorry about that.
  8. šŸ“ˆ Maverick September 2022 Sales: 3,154 Sold / 10,094 Produced. 86,000+ New 2023 Mavericks Ordered!

Without question there will be a decent amount of people that ordered a MY23 and will get pushed to MY24. I say this because there is still the dealer allocation factor plus drivetrain constraints. I even think some dealers will get their stock inventory orders first, again due to allocations...
  9. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

What do you mean? If the vehicle was left in drive than you can make the vehicle accelerate if needed. Very different which is why I choose to softly press the gas to coast instead of shifting to neutral.
  10. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

Can't do anything which means you can't get out of the way if you needed to.
  11. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

I'd never flip a moving vehicle to neutral that has an electronic connection from the selector to the trans. Old school mechanical linkage sure, that's similar to driving a manual. What do you mean? The driver doesn't do anything in that list. That's all automatically controlled.
  12. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

never shift to neutral. I bet the Mav is just like my Prius and there is a gap where you can coast with zero regen with the perfect gas pedal pressure.
  13. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

that is what the data in the first post explains
  14. Tested: Slippery Mode is best for highest MPG (in Hybrid Maverick)

This is the kind of nerding out the Prius community does and I love it. My 2014 Prius V did not have a slippery mode BUT you were able to coast by pressing the accelerator a tiny amount. No regen or motor drive, 100% coasting. Was easiest to achieve while in eco mode due to the softer ramp of...
  15. What Aftermarket Accessory Do You Think Every Maverick should have?

I've been doing without it since April. That said I'll probably get one just incase my daughter ever decides to open the tailgate. It likely weighs more than she does.
  16. What Aftermarket Accessory Do You Think Every Maverick should have?

It will be mine. I've had the mirror for a few months now. Just need my hybrid.
  17. Oh, Carmax...

You act like Carmax didn’t pay handsomely for both of those Mavs. Blame the used Maverick market.
  18. What Aftermarket Accessory Do You Think Every Maverick should have?

I haven’t done it yet while waiting for my hybrid to show up but several users have and it’s super simple. Just a splice to an existing power line in the roof and the head liner doesn’t even come out. Just the sunglasses holder.
  19. What Aftermarket Accessory Do You Think Every Maverick should have?

As long as it doesn’t say Mav Erick
