My MSRP went up and the sticker shows higher but the dealership is honoring the original buyers order which would have been my sticker if it had been built last year. That's how it is supposed to work. Sounds like his dealership is applying the new MSRP and adding on to it even.

I'd be worried they would claim that you are refusing it and selling to someone else. If possible, go in now.

The $32 sounds more like it. I now see that you have your sales tax added on. Mine doesn't get added at the dealership. Take that buyers order you have in and ask them about why they aren't honoring it. Call Ford while in the showroom if they still refuse.

Lariat Hybrid First Editions were $32,000 in Sept. I'm not sure what all you added to yours but that prices seems way high.
