Try a set of Malone Uprights and you can carry as many as four large boats on the racks. Ton each side. They fold down when not in use and are easily removed
Here we had two 10ā crossover kayaks and a 14ā WW Canoe.
I have carried four 12ā and 14ā touring boats as well.
Mine were listed for an Escape 2.0. I believe any 2020 or newer 2.0 Turbo engines vehicleās will fit.
You might want to check a local salvage yard now. It is my understanding that Ford has discontinued offering them for new vehicles.
I agree totally. Unfortunately, my wife has always had an suv of some type and fell in luv with a Ford Explorer Platinum she drive while the airbag recall was being done. So being the dutiful husband I am I traded one of them in on it.
The next week mine was up for the recall and low and...
I had that same opportunity when I bought then brand new Ford Taurus. I think it was in the early ā80ās.
It was a half day deal and they gave us $50 when we left. Plus I got a new dash replacement out of the deal.
Great experience!
That is absolutely WRONG!!
The dealer has access to the COVP system through their Ford ordering system. It up to them to gather and submit the appropriate information.
I would highly recommend you search this forum for the posts from last year that the FORDVIDEOGUY put out here on this subject.
Not really. The hood of the Maverick is aluminum. The other body parts are steel so it would hold that a light hail could dent the hood and not the roof.
Hail is one of the storm elements I fear the most.
These little trucks are a Hot commodity. My dealer just gave me 37k ,2k over my original purchase, on a year and half old Maverick with 11k miles on it in trade for a marked down new Lightning.
They posted the Maverick for 41k and it was gone inside a week.
I guess itās pay or move on in...
I have just traded my Maverick in on a 2022 Lightning. So Iām a full electric user now. It is awesome. I will again be one of the first to pull the trigger on a Fully Electric Maverick when it becomes available.
I miss my Maverick, but really enjoy the benefits of the Lightning.
Been there done that. 11/2021
Happy Mavericking x 2!
Early 2022 models. Lariat Luxās, 4x4ās
I have since traded the first one w/11,500mi on it for a new 2022 Lightning.
I certainly wouldāve, if I hidden need itās trade-in value to swing the deal.
I really hope to have another one when it goes full electric or plug-in hybrid.
Sorry. Itās a long story, but I have good small town dealer that was very helpful and apparently does a pretty great Id volume.
I hate it that I no longer have aMaverick and hope to get one of the first all electric units if and when Ford produces one, but I couldnāt pass up the deal on the...
I have been here since June of 2021 when I ordered my first Maverick. I ordered my second in August of the same year.
A few weeks ago my wife feel in lust with a 2020 Explorer Platinum edition. We traded one of the Mavericks for it. She wasnāt really into the small truck anyway. She just...
Truxedo Pro X15. I have had one both of my Mavericks over the past year and half. They fit perfectly and look and work great.
Thatās my recommendation.
