    It just bothers me that we need to call and ask what is going on. My opinion is Ford should email us our VIN when it is assigned, or when we have a build week. Why are we on our own when it comes to information about our orders?

    Sorry you had to give up. I took me over 9 months to get a tentative build week. Just passed the 10 month mark and my build week is right after 11 months. Ford corporate just doesn't get it, and they think they can do away with dealerships???
