That appears to be an aftermarket tracker. You can see the OEM OBD port tucked behind it. We power our work truck trackers the same way. It may not be a tracker but it's not oem and installed in line with your OBD port.

I think the difference between the 4k and regular hitch is just the cut out for the trailer plug. Tow ratings are just what Ford is willing to warranty. That is why they are not on the compliance sticker in the door jam. As long as you dont exceed the rating on any component you are legal...

Same deal for me. Went bronco to mav for towing. Then still ended up ordering a Tremor. The thing that steered me from Bronco was the towing seemed limited by the frame with the trims that could tow more, I think just Rapture, having a different rear frame section.

May want to check with your dealer and get a dora. Tremors could not be ordered until the 19th around 4pm eastern. If you got an email the 16th they ordered something else that hopefully got changed to a tremor later.

I'm not to concerned with the tow rating. I really wish the 7pin and trailer brake controller were an option without 4k. Everyone thinks the off-road screen is the 6.5 inch screen. It makes no sense for the FX4 to have it and the tremor not to. the Tremor is known in other parts of the world as the FX4 Max package.

They won't allow that color with Tremor, it was on the paper build sheet that way also.
