When I'm driving slightly downhill, or a steep downhill, and sometimes on a level road, barley using the gas pedal it shows electric power. Often it shows the distance and how much was electric. Have not seen 50%, but some 35% to 40%.
I would try Turtle Wax Bug and Tar removal.
Worked great for bugs on the front of my Mav that were a week old. I tried other brands but they didn't work at all. Follow the directions leaving it sit for one minute and then wiping it off worked for me.

After your comment, I had to look where you are from. Yep CA. I used to live in San Diego, but now in AZ. I visit the kids 4 times a year in SD, and I agree that drivers there are far worse than 20 years ago.
PS: forget the "reverse lights" idea.

I don't use social media, but millions do. As others have mentioned, you should state the dealer, address and sales names on social media. Perhaps others would be kept from suffering the same experience.

Change both air filters yourself. Easy job, just Google the operation. and be done with. Thank them for the oil change.
