    You can probably afford to buy another Maverick with what Uber will cost you waiting. How much are you willing to spend to drive a Maverick and is it worth it to you? I’d just catch the Maverick in a few years when the kink’s are worked out.

    Not sure what “we” are going to do but I’m waiting for the competition to come out which will be soon. With all the issues the Maverick is having I’m in no hurry now to get one.

    Pretty funny. You guys are wishing for all these different options and Ford can’t even deliver a base hybrid to a lot of folks. And they are telling people they need to drop certain already AVAILABLE options if they want a CHANCE at getting their trucks.

    That’s not good. I don’t care if you drive in rain, that should not be there especially on today’s vehicles. Would love to know what Ford says about that. Probably it’s normal and not a worry.

    FORD…. This is so sad. A 2014 Fiesta (no offense) has digital readout knobs but you can’t put them in a new 2022 model. Ford is like, “we are going to get your Maverick built but we can’t guarantee what features it will have even though you were promised them and some of the others have them”...

    That dealer is so full of it. They have screwed something up somewhere. What suks is there is no one to go to for answers. Lord, please put some good competition out there so we don’t have to deal with Ford.

    Actually, you are correct. Ford had the Maverick car (yuk) before the original movie was thought of. Definitely would have gone with Stingray, Jaguar anything but Maverick. Well, definitely not Vega either. Had one of those.

    For one of the experts, don’t the accessories like steering and AC run off the 12 volt which is charged by the alternator which wouldn’t affect gas mileage?
