Couple things that may help in reading your as-built data: one, PCM data typically shows up under BCE. Example here. Also, there are some useful tools and info here. In particular, the As-Built Explorer can read/compare AB data and make the data slightly more readable.

The IPC probably is only the human interface of the feature, with the actual logic running in the PCM. Does Forscan show any similar settings under PCM?
