Charging for VIN etching should be illegal. It does absolutely nothing to prevent your car from being stolen as they suggest. But like you said, people go in and say "Okay" to all these add ons so they aren't going to go away. Good luck with the new Mav.

I bought mine on amazon last summer. It was $32 for rear axle and $28 for PTU. The prices really went up in 9 months.

I did Carmax for the hell of it. Their offer was $25,400, which is $1,200 over Carvana.

$24,200 for my 2025 XLT. That seems about average and doesn't compel me to go "looking."

I got both the RDU and PTU oils on amazon.

Mine was a little finicky in the beginning. I guess there was a bit of a break in period. It latches every time without issue now. After about 20-30 times of closing it a little harder than normal, the issue went away.

I like this version better. Trust me; if the original version is your thing, you will not like this version. The original was too soft for me.

I posted and deleted a similar calculation. I assumed my horrible math skills got the calculation wrong. I just assumed there was no way Canadians were paying the equivalent of $9 a gallon!
